We went to Bear Spring Mountain! Great camping!
We went to Bear Spring Mountain for last weekend. It's the most beautiful place that we ever had been. It's very close the Catskill. I couldn't find a lot of picture on the web so I'd like to share some pictures with you. Here is some informations with camp:

This campground is set in a quite, scenic, natural surrounding with a minimum of modern campsite amenities.
Geography:
Bear Spring Mountain is located in the western end of the Catskill Forest Preserve, 5 miles south of Walton, New York . The preserve was created in 1885 to protect the region's water resources and to provide space for public outdoor recreation.
Recreation:
The campground's beach, boat rental, and multi-use trail system offers fun for all ages. For the horse riding enthusiast, Spruce Grove camping and trail system is one of a kind facility in the Catskill region. This region is also known for its excellent hunting and fishing.
Facilities:
The campground offers 41 tent and trailer sites; firewood sales; trailer dump station; recycling center; boat launch; sand beach; 24 horse tie stalls and horse handicapped ramp; 24 miles of multi-use trails. There is a picnic area with tables, grills, volleyball and pavilion rental. Restrooms and showers at Launt Pond Area.
